About Us

The slightly gamey taste of Loaghtan is ideal in Charcuterie.

We have come a long way since December 2022.

We have built a butchery so that we can process our own meat, we have built a charcuterie/meat shop so now have 2 farm shops on the farm selling meat and wool.

We employ a fantastic butcher/chef/charcutier, Richard, and supply several local outlets with our charcuterie and Manx Loaghtan meat, home made sausages and luxury burgers every week.

To keep up with demand we have ordered our third drying cabinet.


The pork and beef is locally reared in the Isle of Man.

We are very proud of what we produce and do think it is special. Try some!
