Manx Pork Chorizo
Handmade on our farm
We select locally produced pork that is sustainably reared on nature friendly farms. The pigs have to be pasture raised with the highest welfare standards.
We use only the very finest Pimenton, wine and other ingredients to produce a delicious spicy cured meat. Eat on its own or use in cooking.

Manx Loaghtan Chorizo Handmade on our farm
These rare breed sheep sustainably graze our hill farm and are entirely grass fed, including our wildflower meadows. They are slow maturing, giving flavour and texture closer to venison.The meat is low in cholesterol and the rich flavour makes perfect charcuterie, together with a hint of pepper, spices, herbs, garlic and wine. This chorizo has an interesting but delicious taste as you get the taste of meat first then the burst of smoked pimento and spices.

Manx Beef Chorizo
Handmade on the farm using no alcohol or pork
Made from locally produced beef that has been sustainably reared on grass. We originally made a version using wine and some pork fat but everyone agreed this one with no alcohol or pork was the tastiest.
The beef flavour does come through and adds an interesting tang with the burst of spicy flavours.
